10 ways to be full of energy and more stress free
School started long ago, your stressed all day, too tired to do anything. Here is 10 ways to stay active during this hard time.
1) Always get more than 8 hours of sleep kids our age should get anywhere from 8-12 hours of sleep
2) Eat bananas, bananas have a potassium in it which helps with releasing stress
3) You must do at least 30 minutes of cardio each day plus for grade 10+ is required to do 150 minutes a week
4) Go out and get some fresh air at least a quick walk after dinner
5) Never stay up over mid night; this will prevent growth in height. Average person continue to grow after 18.
6) Always eat breakfast load up on fibres and proteins
7) Take an intense physical activity such as boxing, running, or just sprinting.
8) Drink at least 1-1/2 ounce of water per every pound of your body per day
9) Stop drinking pop/coffee/energy drinks and try drinking regular tea
10) Always take a break. If your 15 take a 15 minutes break for every hour spent working
