Video games? Hot or not?

Okay, I know what you're thinking, Video games, wow , I love video games! Or, you could be thinking, I hate video games! Either way, video games can be good for you and they can be bad for you. For example, how many hours a week do you spend playing video games? 1 hour? 2 hours? 10 hours? If you play video games, let's say 16 hours a week, how much time does that take away from family time? Hanging with your friends? Sure we have got these sweet gaming systems such as game cube, x box, wii, and the nintendo ds, but really do you want eyestrain, and your friends not wanting to hang with you when you're done playing that "new game" of yours? I wouldn't. And just think of all the family time you've missed out on, or the carnival that just left town? I am NOT saying that you should never play video games, I play my wii. Heck I love it. Sure video games give you better hand eye coordination. But do you really want eyestrain? Missing out on time with the family? your friends?
