Bolt : Movie Review
As a little kid, I have always loved Disney movies and their happy endings. The happy endings (and mini morals of the movies) always gives me hope that I can apply to daily life situations. Well, the movie Bolt did not fail to generate hope in my heart either.
The story is about a super dog named Bolt with super powers. Then, his owner Penny gets kidnapped by the evil green-eyed man! He has to save her! So he charges into the world with a mighty heart. However, somethign seems to be wrong, all his super powers are not working. Slowly, he realizes that he is just a super dog in a T.V. show, all of his super powers were the creations of special effects. Bolt was very disappointed. But with the help of a mighty hamster (and his ball) and an ally cat, Bolt slowly realizes what it truly meant to be a super dog.
Just by hearing the plot of the story, a person can tell that the movie wasn't meant to be serious. It is definitely a fun movie to watch with little children or just to pass time. With its comedic characters and meaningful moral, it is bound to leave a warm, fuzzy feeling in your heart. I rate this warm fuzzy feeling 3 out of 5 stars.
