Forever and Always

Forever and always is but a lie.

A lie, said to make things sweeter then they really are.

I don't need sweet talk.

I want the truth from you.

I'll shed tears for you, if you leave before I do.

But being lied to is even more painful.

I trusted you, loved you, more then anything.

And you left me.

My heart stopped beating for a moment.

That was the dangerous part.

I could either die.

Or live on, with no regrets.

I chose to live on.

One question.

Can band-aids fix broken hearts?
