A tornado descends from the sky,

Whirling like a dream from the heavens.

A light in the distance drifts

And you realize you're about to die.

So with one last breath,

One last wish,

One last act of forgiveness,

You let yourself go.

Becoming one with the Earth,

Leaving your body to chase your soul

To a place unlike any other,

A place where you belong,

Everything falls together,

And you realize it was worth being strong.

The ocean is the sum of all my tears

And the desert resembles my perched up heart

The sun is but the fire contained in me

And my quiet is a mere column of dust

My heart is like a sea

The calendar wasn’t vital,

It wasn’t a title

He was in charge of;

This was a labor of love.

A boy who would play house, putting on my dad’s clothes,
To make me happy should be worth note.
I told you we were best friends forever,
You believed me, smiling genuinely and I noticed that freckle on your nose.

You suck, I hate you.

We’re through and done.

If only you’d stopped your lies,

Long enough to open your eyes and realize

I’ve been here all along,

But now I’m going to be gone like

Bananas part from coconut trees,

You’ll become a stranger

Parted from me. And I really

Should thank thee for making me chase thee

Because if you didn’t always leave

I wouldn’t be me and I wouldn’t

Be forgiving of what you did and said.

In your arms, I feel secure.
You are my one and only,
my safety blanket, you cover me.

Nothing can hurt me at all,
except you, if you wish to.

Trust that you will always be here,
that you will keep your promise of forever.

Lightning rages against the night sky,

The thunder a heartbeat boom, boom, boom.

The heavens are angry,

They're relieving their pain,

Their tears fall in the form of rain.

Clouds gray, invisible in the black of night.

The moon lost, unable to shine its light.

The rain is warm, as it drips onto my skin,

My eyes close trying to understand

Why the sky's heartbeat has began to race,

And why the lightning is the only light in the sun's place

But then I hear the jealousy in the heaven's cries

He drags her in and all she feels
is the cold wet floor.
She can't see him anymore
and suddenly she feels his touch,
a hand goes up her dress.

She can't move, he's on top of her.
He's telling her to hush her screams,
laughing at her vanished voice.
Her body's stone cold as he
strips her of her dignity.

He says, it's hard to love you,
when you're screaming like this.
She screams some more, but
can he hear the screams within?

When he's done his dirty deed

His thoughts cry out in fear,
bleeding tears into his soul.
Scars invade his mind,
he's running five steps at a time.

Disintegrate my love for you,
destroy my feelings through and through.
He's screaming for you to stop this mess,
just how could you put him through this.

Break his heart on the inside,
slap him with your scars.
Watch his tears fall around you,
as you pray that no one will know.

You betrade, you're a fool

But thats okay, i'll remember you were a tool

The thing is i'll always remember

That sad, unfaithful day in September

My heart broke down, into millions of pieces

That day I knew, time decreases

Your heart is ice
